Returns and refunds

Returns

Below are the conditions for returning Esperia books:

· returns can be made by November of the current year

· returns can only be made for books still in the catalog (out-of-print editions that are returned will not be credited, will not be returned to you but sent directly for pulping)

· returns can only be made for books in excellent condition, not stamped, cut, damaged, spoiled, worn, or labeled (if returned, they will not be credited, will not be returned to you but sent directly for pulping)

Creacommercio srl will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all terms and conditions of the return policy.

 

Refunds

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made by credit card reversal. If you paid cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be made to your account. By law, the refund must be made within 30 days of the return of the products.
