Returns and refunds

Return

Below are the conditions for being able to make Esperia book returns:

- the return can be made by November of the current year

- return can be made only for books that are still in the catalog (out-of-catalogue editions that are returned will not be reversed with a credit note, they will not be returned to you but sent directly to the pulping yard)

- returns can be made only for books in very good condition, not stamped, cut, damaged, wasted, worn, and labeled (if they are returned, they will not be reversed with a credit note, they will not be returned to you but sent directly to the pulping yard)

Creacommercio srl will not accept returned merchandise if the return does not comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy.

 

Refund

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be by card transfer. If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be by bank transfer If you paid by paypal, the refund will be by refund to your account. By law, the refund must be made within 30 days of returning the products.
