Butsudan Pearl

    Description

Handcrafted two-door butsudan made of poplar laminate. Handcrafted in Italy. It is suitable for those who are looking for an altar to enshrine the Gohonzon for the first time. The Perla is a high-quality product at a very attractive price. The poplar laminate ensures stability and robustness to the structure, while the design of the lamina resembles wood grain.

The wood used to produce the butsudans is fully certified, made from selected eco-sustainable timber. This means that for every tree cut down, another is replanted.
The painting cycle is subjected to strict controls and non-toxic classified paints are used, while ensuring serious protection of the wood over time, and since they are catalyzed paints, they do not release dangerous vapors. Therefore, it is not recommended to treat the butsudan with waxy products or scented oils because they contain turpentine which alters the color of the parchment.
Regarding the electrical system, it is imperative that the transformer, which generates heat, is placed outside the butsudan. This is why the use of 220-volt bulbs is not recommended, as these lamps, having the electronic transformer inside the base, dangerously overheat, putting the parchment at risk.
