This volume collects essays, editorials, speeches and poems by President Ikeda addressed to the women of the Soka Gakkai. The women carry out their task as messengers of happiness, peace and justice to their communities, instilling confidence in the kosen rufu movement. "Spiritual winners," because of their deep compassion, they are also the stable, solid ground on which young people can grow and develop like mighty trees.
Daisaku Ikeda writes: "The strength of mothers is the strength of the earth. [...] When a mother goes to work, everything changes. Mothers can transform the family, the community, the society and the era in which they live. It is they who will transform our world into a kingdom of peace."
